Hever Castle has to be the most amazing setting for a wedding you will find in Kent. Couples can expect to enjoy the charming drawbridge Castle as a backdrop, the country house Aston Wing for bridal preps and the epic Italian Garden for a stunning lakeside ceremony.

It’s not often a wedding has the red-carpet treatment, but that’s what Sandra had in place as she made her entrance to marry Scott. The setting was epic as their guests watched her arrival into the ornate and grandeur of surroundings that overlook the lake behind Hever Castle.
The lighting here was flattering in open shade, and the backdrop to their photos was perfect no matter where I pointed the camera. We took the time to explore the immediate surrounds for their portraits before the short walk to the reception hall. Unfortunately, the castle itself was not available to us on this day – what a bummer!
